GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Parents / Guardians are required to keep the following information / documents
handy and be cautious in filling the form with authentic credentials only.
|
a) Please keep Birth Certificate of the child ready.(bearing the sl.no in certificate
Issued by Municipal Corporation/State/Local Authority).
|
b) All the contents filled in the Application form like the DOB of the child/ Child
name/Mother Name/ Father name should be same as mentioned in the Birth Certificate.
|
c) Scanned Passport size photograph of the child, Father and Mother (Size upto 2MB,
scanned in JPG, JPEG or PNG format only).
|
d) Please keep your Employee ID Number (In case of DPS Staff / SAIL / MECON Employee).
|
e) You are also requested to make sure that your ward’s age lying between 3½ to
4½ years as on 1st April 2023. (Applicable for Class Nursery only)
|
f) Application Fee is Rs. 2000 /- per form , pay through online mode only.
(Link is available at our school website) . Once the form is submitted and payment
has been made, the payment will not be refunded.

For Class Nursery
|
Document No. 1: Birth Certificate issued by State Government / Local Authority
bearing the Name of the Child on the certificate.
|
Document No. 2: Any one Proof of Residence (only in the name of Father or
Mother) will be accepted as Address proof of the Ward like
|
a) Unique Identification Card ( Aadhaar Card) of parents.
b) Voter ID Card of parents
c) Post Paid Mobile Bill (BSNL)
d) Electricity Bill
e) Passport of parents
f) Gas connection
g) Ration Card (having mother and father name )
|
(The address filled in the Application form should match with the address proof attached)
|
Document No. 3: In case of wards of SAIL/ MECON Employees at Ranchi unit
has to submit a Certificate issued by Personal Dept. of RDCIS SAIL / MECON Ranchi
for Admission in DPS Ranchi in original.

Note: All the forms would be submitted in the school office according to the above
mentioned schedule, however in case of emergency or unavoidable circumstances, the
forms may be submitted on 17th Dec. 2022 only with prior approval from school management.

a) The documents attached with the form will have to be self attested.
b) At the time of the admission, all the relevant original documents will be verified.
c) NO CHANGES IN DATA WOULD BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THE SUBMISSION OF THE FORM AND
RELEVANT DOCUMENTS.

Step – 3 = Payment
Step – 4 = Print Registration form.
